Shipping Information
All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post, offering both Standard Shipping (4-6 business days) and Express Shipping (1-2 business days).
Once an order is placed, our team will carefully gather and package your items. Please allow 12 to 72 hours for us to pick and pack your order. Orders are shipped when all items in the order are ready. If your order includes a pre-order or backorder item, we will wait until that item is available before shipping your entire order.
Orders are not dispatched on public holidays or weekends.
After we hand your items over to the courier, your package is managed by them. While we understand that delays can be frustrating, any issues that arise after dispatch are out of our control and need to be resolved by the courier. However, we can contact them on your behalf to help resolve any issues. Rest assured, we will always do our best to address and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
- Claims Process: Customers must contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery to file a claim. Claims made after this period will not be eligible.
- Required Documentation: Customers must provide proof of purchase and relevant documentation, such as photos of the damaged item or communication from Australia Post regarding the loss.
- Replacement Process: Upon approval of a valid claim, we will replace the lost or damaged item free of charge. Lost items will be investigated by Australia Post to confirm the loss. Replacements will be shipped using the same method as the initial purchase.
- Return of Damaged Items: Customers may be required to return the damaged item. A return label will be provided. Failure to return the damaged item may result in claim denial. Important Notes: - Ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. Contact us immediately if corrections are needed. Changes cannot be made once the order is prepared for shipment.
- No changes can be made to the order once it is fulfilled and awaiting shipment. Exchanges or refunds can be arranged within our 30-day money-back guarantee.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply for re-shipping.
- If an incorrect address results in delivery to the wrong location, we cannot retrieve the package or assume responsibility. Review your address information carefully during checkout.
